सम्भ्रमोऽतिप्रलापोऽतिभेदोऽस्थ्नामतिदारुणः । कालपाशपरीतस्य त्रयमेतत् प्रवर्तते ॥१६॥

Excessive giddiness, extreme delirium and severe piercing type of pain in bones, manifestation of these three symptoms together indicates that the person is captured by death.

sambhramo'tipralApo'tibhedo'sthnAmatidAruNaH । kAlapAzaparItasya trayametat pravartate ॥16॥
