ग्रीवावमर्दो बलवाञ्जिह्वाश्वयथुरेव च। ब्रध्नास्यगलपाकश्च यस्य पक्वं तमादिशेत् ॥१५॥
A person having acute and severe squeezing type of pain in neck, swelling of tongue along with inflammation of scrotum, throat and mouth should be considered as ripen (for death).
