औदकानूपमांसानामुपनाहाः सुसंस्कृताः। शस्यन्ते सचतुःस्नेहाः शिरःपार्श्वांसशूलिनाम् ॥७६॥
and wet land creatures and commixed with all the four kinds of unctuous articles should be applied to persons suffering from pain applied to persons suffering from pain in the head, side of the chest and shoulder region.

audakAnUpamAMsAnAmupanAhAH susaMskRtAH। zasyante sacatuHsnehAH ziraHpArzvAMsazUlinAm ॥76॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशतपुष्पा समधुकं कुष्ठं तगरचन्दने। आलेपनं स्यात् सघृतं शिरःपार्श्वांसशूलनुत् ॥७७॥
॥ Alepana (local applications)॥ Dil, liquorice, costus, Indian valerian and sandalwood with ghee make an effective curative for pain in the head, sides of the chest and shoulder regions.
english translation
zatapuSpA samadhukaM kuSThaM tagaracandane। AlepanaM syAt saghRtaM ziraHpArzvAMsazUlanut ॥77॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptबला रास्ना तिलाः सर्पिर्मधुकं नीलमुत्पलम्। पलङ्कषा देवदारु चन्दनं केशरं घृतम् ॥७८॥
1. Heart leaved sida, Indian groundsel, til, ghee, liquorice and blue water-lily; 2. gum , guggulu, deodar, sandalwood, fragrant poon and ghee;
english translation
balA rAsnA tilAH sarpirmadhukaM nIlamutpalam। palaGkaSA devadAru candanaM kezaraM ghRtam ॥78॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवीरा बला विदारी च कृष्णगन्धा पुनर्नवा। शतावरी पयस्या च कत्तृणं मधुकं घृतम् ॥७९॥

vIrA balA vidArI ca kRSNagandhA punarnavA। zatAvarI payasyA ca kattRNaM madhukaM ghRtam ॥79॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचत्वार एते श्लोकार्धैः प्रदेहाः परिकीर्तिताः। शस्ताः संसृष्टदोषाणां शिरःपार्श्वांसशूलिनाम् ॥८०॥
these four groups of drugs, described one in each half verse for preparation of application are propitious in conditions of pain in the head, side of the chest and the shoulder region arising from bi-dosha discordance.
