Charak Samhita
मरिचं जीरकं धान्यमल्पं हिङ्गु नवं घृतम्। माषपूपलिकानां तद्गर्भार्थमुपकल्पयेत् ॥२१॥
when juice evaporates, the meat should be made to a paste and after that maricha, jiraka, dhanyaka and small quantity of hingu and fresh ghee should be mixed, this should be stuffed with in the pupalikas of masha.
english translation
maricaM jIrakaM dhAnyamalpaM hiGgu navaM ghRtam। mASapUpalikAnAM tadgarbhArthamupakalpayet ॥21॥
