प्रतिलोमं यदा वायुः स्रोतांसि प्रतिपद्यते । ग्रीवां शिरश्च सङ्गृह्य श्लेष्माणं समुदीर्य च ॥५५॥
[Tamaka Shwasa] The vayu moves in the opposite direction due to the obstruction in the respiratory tract, stiffness in the neck, head aggravates the kapha and produces rhinorrhoea, and gurghuraka sound (rhonchi).
