तक्रं दोषाग्निबलवित्त्रिविधं तत् प्रयोजयेत्। हतानि न विरोहन्ति तक्रेण गुदजानि तु॥८५॥

The physician acquainted with the nature of the dosha involved in the causation of the disease, agni (power of diges¬tion and metabolism) of the patient and his strength should administer any of the above mentioned three types of butter¬milk appropriately.

english translation

takraM doSAgnibalavittrividhaM tat prayojayet। hatAni na virohanti takreNa gudajAni tu॥85॥
