Charak Samhita
चित्रकं बिल्वमभयां पिष्ट्वा सर्पिर्विपाचयेत्। शकृद्वातानुलोम्यार्थं जाते दध्नि चतुर्गुणे॥१०८॥
chitraka (Plumbego zeylanicum), bilva (Aegle marmelons) and abhaya (Terminalia chebula). To this, well fermented curd (four times the quantity of ghee) should be added while cooking.
english translation
citrakaM bilvamabhayAM piSTvA sarpirvipAcayet। zakRdvAtAnulomyArthaM jAte dadhni caturguNe॥108॥
