[Chavyadi ghrita] Ghee should be cooked with the paste of chavya (Piper retrofractum), trikatu, patha (Cesalpinia pareira), kshara, kustumbaru (dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)), yavani, pippali moola, vida, saindhava (rock-salt).
