पिप्पली पिप्पलीमूल दधि दाडिम धान्यकैः । सिद्धं सर्पि र्विधातव्यं वात वर्चो विबन्धनुत्॥१०६॥
॥ Pippalyadi ghrita॥ Ghee cooked with the paste of pippali (Piper longum), pippalimoola and dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum) and curd should be given to patient of hemorrhoids. It helps in the movement of flatus and stool.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptचव्यं त्रिकटुकं पाठां क्षारं कुस्तुम्बुरूणि च। यवानीं पिप्पलीमूलमुभे च विडसैन्धवे॥१०७॥
॥ Chavyadi ghrita॥ Ghee should be cooked with the paste of chavya (Piper retrofractum), trikatu, patha (Cesalpinia pareira), kshara, kustumbaru (dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)), yavani, pippali moola, vida, saindhava (rock-salt).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptचित्रकं बिल्वमभयां पिष्ट्वा सर्पिर्विपाचयेत्। शकृद्वातानुलोम्यार्थं जाते दध्नि चतुर्गुणे॥१०८॥
chitraka (Plumbego zeylanicum), bilva (Aegle marmelons) and abhaya (Terminalia chebula). To this, well fermented curd (four times the quantity of ghee) should be added while cooking.

citrakaM bilvamabhayAM piSTvA sarpirvipAcayet। zakRdvAtAnulomyArthaM jAte dadhni caturguNe॥108॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रवाहिकां गुदभ्रंशं मूत्रकृच्छ्रं परिस्रवम्। गुदवङ्क्षणशूलं च घृतमेतद्व्यपोहति॥१०९॥
It helps in the downward movement of stool and flatus, and also cures pravahika (amoebic dysentery), prolapsed of rectum, dysuria, and pain in perianal and pelvic region.
