ब्राह्मं तपो ब्रह्मचर्यमध्यात्मध्यानमेव च। दीर्घायुषो यथाकामं सम्भृत्य त्रिदिवं गताः ॥२१॥
. After attaining longevity they performed as desired, spiritual penance, celibacy and self- medications and ascended to the heaven.

तस्मादायुःप्रकर्षार्थं प्राणकामैःसुखार्थिभिः। रसायनविधिः सेव्यो विधिवत्सुसमाहितैः ॥२२॥
Hence those who desire longevity, vital strength and happiness should use the Rasayana methodically and carefully.

तत्र श्लोकः- रसायनानां संयोगाः सिद्धाभूतहितैषिणा। निर्दिष्टाः प्राणकामीये सप्तत्रिंशन्महर्षिणा ॥२३॥
[Summary] Now the summing up verse - In this quarter relating to desire for vital strength the great sage, compassionate on creatures, described thirty seven successful formulations of rasayana.
