कौरवचित्रकराणां हस्ते पीडा जलस्य च निरोधः । कूपकृदण्डजपीडा चित्रास्थे शोभना वृष्टिः ॥ ९-३० ॥

If she should pass through the constellation of Hasta, the Kauravas and painters will suffer; there will be no rain; well-diggers and birds will suffer. If she should enter the constellation of Citrā, there will be good rain.

english translation

kauravacitrakarANAM haste pIDA jalasya ca nirodhaH । kUpakRdaNDajapIDA citrAsthe zobhanA vRSTiH ॥ 9-30 ॥
