सूर्यौदये अर्काभिमुखो विरौति ग्रामस्य मध्ये यदि सारमेयः । एको यदा वा बहवः समेताः शंसन्ति देशाधिपं अन्यं आशु ॥ ८९-०२ ॥

If one or more dogs be seen to bark at the Sun from the middle of a village, there will be a change of rulers.
