क्षीरं शृतं यः कपिकच्छुमूलैः पिबेत्क्षयं स्त्रीषु न सो अभ्युपैति । माषान्पयःसर्पिषि वा विपक्वान् षड्ग्रासमात्रांश्च पयो अनुपानम् ॥ ७६-०४ ॥
Put into the milk of the cow, the root of the kapikacchu and heat the milk and then drink it; or roast a quantity of broken black-gram in the ghee obtained by churning pure uncurdled milk. Eat 6 handfuls of the seed and then drink milk. You will engage in sexual union with great energy.
