प्रभूतवस्त्रदाअश्विनी भरण्यथापहारिणी । प्रदह्यते अग्निदैवते प्रजेस्वरे अर्थसिद्धयः ॥ ७१-०१ ॥
॥ A woman who॥ gives abundant garments and possesses horses, ॥ yet॥ is a thief, is burned in the ॥ lunar mansion॥ governed by Agni; ॥ however॥, under the Lord of Creatures, goals are accomplished.
english translation
prabhUtavastradAazvinI bharaNyathApahAriNI । pradahyate agnidaivate prajesvare arthasiddhayaH ॥ 71-01 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमृगे तु मूषकाद्भयं व्यसुत्वं एव शाङ्करे । पुनर्वसौ शुभऽगमस्तदग्रभे धनैर्युतिः ॥ ७१-०२ ॥
In Mṛgaśiras, there is fear of rodents and even death; in Ārdrā, there is the arrival of good fortune; and in the subsequent asterism, Punarvasu, there is the acquisition of wealth.
english translation
mRge tu mUSakAdbhayaM vyasutvaM eva zAGkare । punarvasau zubha'gamastadagrabhe dhanairyutiH ॥ 71-02 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभुजङ्गभे विलुप्यते मघासु मृत्युं आदिशेत् । भगऽह्वये नृपाद्भयं धनऽगमाय चौत्तरा ॥ ७१-०३ ॥
If the moon is obscured in the constellation of Āśleṣā, one should predict death in the Maghā asterism. If it is in Pūrvaphalgunī, there is danger from the king, while the Uttarāphalgunī asterism indicates the acquisition of wealth.

bhujaGgabhe vilupyate maghAsu mRtyuM Adizet । bhaga'hvaye nRpAdbhayaM dhana'gamAya cauttarA ॥ 71-03 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकरेण कर्मसिद्धयः शुभऽगमस्तु चित्रया । शुभं च भोज्यं आनिले द्विदैवते जनप्रियः ॥ ७१-०४ ॥
Success in actions is attained by the hand; under the constellation Citrā, there is the arrival of auspiciousness. Under Svāti, food is pleasant, and under Viśākhā, one becomes beloved by the people.

kareNa karmasiddhayaH zubha'gamastu citrayA । zubhaM ca bhojyaM Anile dvidaivate janapriyaH ॥ 71-04 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुहूद्युतिश् च मित्रभे तदग्रभे अम्बरक्षयः । जलप्लुतिश्च नैरृते रुजो जलाधिदैवते ॥ ७१-०५ ॥
Suhudyuti in Mitrabha and the decline of the sky in the tip of it. Flooding in the south and disease in the north are the demigods of water.

suhUdyutiz ca mitrabhe tadagrabhe ambarakSayaH । jalaplutizca nairRte rujo jalAdhidaivate ॥ 71-05 ॥
