त्रिंशद्धस्तऽयामो दशभौमो मन्दरः शिखरयुक्तः । कैलासो अपि शिखरवानष्टाविंशो अष्टभौमश्च ॥ ५६-२१ ॥
The building known as Mandara is thirty cubits broad and consists of ten storeys with pinnacles. The building known as Kailāsa is twenty cubits long and consists of eight storeys with pinnacles.

जालगवाक्षकयुक्तो विमानसंज्ञस्त्रिसप्तकऽयामः । नन्दन इति षड्भौमो द्वात्रिंशः षोडशाण्डयुक्तः ॥ ५६-२२ ॥
Vimāna is twenty-one cubits long with windows and air holes. Nandana has six storeys, is thirty-two cubits long and has sixteen Aṇḍas (domes?).

वृत्तः समुद्गनामा पद्मः पद्मऽकृतिः शया अष्टौ । शृङ्गेणएकेन भवेदेकएव च भूमिका तस्य ॥ ५६-२३ ॥
Samudga is round; Padma is of the shape of a lotus, 8 cubits long with a single story and pinnacle.

गरुडऽकृतिश्च गरुडो नन्दीइति च षट्चतुष्कविस्तीर्णः । कार्यस्तु सप्तभौमो विभूषितो अण्डैस्तु विंशत्या ॥ ५६-२४ ॥
Garuḍa is of the shape of an eagle with wings and tail; Nandivardhana is 24 cubits broad with seven storeys and twenty Aṇḍas.

कुञ्जर इति गजपृष्ठः षोडशहस्तः समन्ततो मूलात् । गुहराजः षोडशकस्त्रिचन्द्रशाला भवेद्वलभी ॥ ५६-२५ ॥
Kuñjara is of the shape of the back of the elephant with four sides, each 16 cubits broad. Guharāja is 16 cubits long and has 3 storeys with verandahs.
