उप्तं च बीजं चतुरङ्गुलाधो मत्स्याम्भसा मांसजलैश्च सिक्तम् । वल्ली भवत्याशु शुभप्रवाला विस्मापनी मण्डपं आवृणोति ॥ ५५-२६ ॥

शतशो अङ्कोल सम्भूतफलकल्केन भावितम् । एतत्तैलेन वा बीजं श्लैष्मातक फलेन वा ॥ ५५-२७ ॥

श्लेष्मातकस्य बीजानि निष्कुलीकृत्य भावयेत्प्राज्ञः । अङ्कोल विज्जलाअद्भिश्छायायां सप्तकृत्व एवम् ॥ ५५-२९ ॥

A wise person should cleanse the seeds of the mucous membrane and meditate on them. This is done seven times in the shade with lightning and water.
