प्रागुत्तरईशाश्च दिशः प्रशस्ताः प्रष्टुर्न वाय्वम्बुयमाग्निरक्षः । पूर्वाह्नकाले अस्ति शुभं न रात्रौ सन्ध्याद्वये प्रश्नकृतो अपराह्णे ॥ ५१-०६ ॥
The east, north and north-east indicate good luck to the querent; the north-west, west, south-west, south and south-east do not indicate good luck. Forenoon indicates good luck, night, twilight hours and the afternoon do not indicate good luck.
