पुत्रमरणं धनाप्तिर्धनहानिः सम्पदश्च बन्धश्च । एकाद्यङ्गुलसंस्थैर्व्रणैः फलं निर्दिशेत्क्रमशः ॥ ५०-१६ ॥
The marks in the several digits of the sword from the first to the 5th indicate respectively the death of the son, acquisition of wealth, loss of wealth, prosperity and confinement.
