मध्याह्ने नरपतिमध्यदेशहा शोभनश्च धान्यार्घः । तृणभुगमात्यान्तःपुरवैश्यघ्नः पञ्चमे खांशे । ५-३० ॥

If when in mid-heaven, the central provinces will suffer, but there will be happiness over the land and the price of food grains will fall. If when in the fifth section, herbivorous animals, ministers and household inmates will suffer as also the Vaiśyas.

english translation

madhyAhne narapatimadhyadezahA zobhanazca dhAnyArghaH । tRNabhugamAtyAntaHpuravaizyaghnaH paJcame khAMze । 5-30 ॥
