पट्टः शुभदो राज्णां मध्ये अष्टावङ्गुलानि विस्तीर्णः । सप्त नरेन्द्रमहिष्याः षड्युवराजस्य निर्दिष्टः ॥ ४९-०२ ॥
That it may do good, the king’s paṭṭa shall be 8 digits broad in the middle, the queen’s shall be 7 digits broad, and the prince’s shall be 6 digits broad.
