क्ष्वेडाआस्फोटितवादितगीतौत्कुष्टस्वना भवन्ति यदा । उल्कानिपातसमये भयाय राष्ट्रस्य सनृपस्य ॥ ३३-२३ ॥

If, while it falls, its noise should be like the roar of the lion, like the sound caused by striming against one’s breast or like a combination of vocal and instrumental music, the rulers with their countries will suffer.

english translation

kSveDAAsphoTitavAditagItautkuSTasvanA bhavanti yadA । ulkAnipAtasamaye bhayAya rASTrasya sanRpasya ॥ 33-23 ॥
