यो अतीव दीप्त्या कुरुते प्रकाशं छायां अपि व्यञ्जयते अर्कवद्यः । च्राज्ञो महद्वेदयते भयं स शस्त्रप्रकोपं क्षतजानुरूपः ॥ ३१-०२ ॥

sanskrit

If the appearance should be very bright and cast shadows, the rulers will suffer; if it be of blood colour, there will be wars in the land.

english translation

yo atIva dIptyA kurute prakAzaM chAyAM api vyaJjayate arkavadyaH । crAjJo mahadvedayate bhayaM sa zastraprakopaM kSatajAnurUpaH ॥ 31-02 ॥
