दाहो दिशां राजभयाय पीतो देशस्य नाशाय हुताशवर्णः । यश्चारुणः स्यादपसव्यवायुः सस्यस्य नाशं स करोति दृष्टः ॥ ३१-०१ ॥

If the appearance of Digdāha should be of yellow colour, rulers will suffer; if it should be of the colour of fire, the country will suffer; if red and the wind should blow from right to left, crops will suffer.

english translation

dAho dizAM rAjabhayAya pIto dezasya nAzAya hutAzavarNaH । yazcAruNaH syAdapasavyavAyuH sasyasya nAzaM sa karoti dRSTaH ॥ 31-01 ॥
