ध्वनिरुच्चरितो अध्वरे द्युगामी विपुलो यज्ञमुषां मनांसि भिन्दन् । विचरत्यनिशं द्विजोत्तमानां हृदयऽनन्दकरो अध्वरांशभाजाम् ॥ १९-१३ ॥

If Jupiter should be the lord of the year, the sound of Vedic hymns chanted aloud by Brāhmaṇas in sacrificial rites will fill the sky, cause distress to the enemies of the rites and bring joy to the minds of the Devas that partake of the offerings.

english translation

dhvaniruccarito adhvare dyugAmI vipulo yajJamuSAM manAMsi bhindan । vicaratyanizaM dvijottamAnAM hRdaya'nandakaro adhvarAMzabhAjAm ॥ 19-13 ॥
