विकचा नाम गुरुसुताः सितएकताराः शिखापरित्यक्ताः । षष्टिः पञ्चभिरधिका स्निग्धा याम्याश्रिताः पापाः ॥ ११-१९ ॥

The comets which are white, of single disc, without tails and glossy are named Vikacā Ketus and are the sons of Jupiter. They are 65 in number; they appear in the south and when they appear mankind will not be happy.

english translation

vikacA nAma gurusutAH sitaekatArAH zikhAparityaktAH । SaSTiH paJcabhiradhikA snigdhA yAmyAzritAH pApAH ॥ 11-19 ॥
