ग्रीवा ज्येष्ठा श्रवणं श्रवणौ पुष्यो मुखं द्विजाः स्वातिः । हसितं शतभिषगथ नासिका मघा मृगशिरो नेत्रे ॥ १०५-०४ ॥
The asterism of Jyeṣṭhā forms the neck of the Nakṣatrapuruṣa; that of Śravaṇa forms his ears; that of Puṣya his face; that of Svāti his teeth; that of Śatabhiṣaj his smiles; that of Maghā his nose and that of Mṛgaśīrṣa his eyes.
