चतुर्थगे स्वजनकुटुम्बवृद्धयो धनऽगमो भवति च शीतरश्मिजे । सुतस्थिते तनयकलत्रविग्रहो निषेवते न च रुचिरां अपि स्त्रियम् ॥ १०४-२१ ॥
When Mercury passes through the 4th house from the Moon a person’s kinsmen and family will increase and there will be much gain. When Mercury passes through the 5th house from the Moon, the person will quarrel with his wife and sons and will not enjoy the company of an excellent wife.

caturthage svajanakuTumbavRddhayo dhana'gamo bhavati ca zItarazmije । sutasthite tanayakalatravigraho niSevate na ca rucirAM api striyam ॥ 104-21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसौभाग्यं विजयं अथ उन्नतिं च षष्ठे वैवर्ण्यं कलहं अतीव सप्तमे ज्ञः । मृत्युस्थे जयसुत वस्त्रवित्तलाभा नैपुण्यं भवति मतिप्रहर्षणीयम् ॥ १०४-२२ ॥
When Mercury passes through the 6th house from the Moon, the person will be liked by all and will gain renown. When Mercury passes through the 7th house, the person’s appearance will become less bright and there will be quarrels. When Mercury passes through the 8th house, the person will get sons, success, clothes, wealth, will become happy and powerful.

saubhAgyaM vijayaM atha unnatiM ca SaSThe vaivarNyaM kalahaM atIva saptame jJaH । mRtyusthe jayasuta vastravittalAbhA naipuNyaM bhavati matipraharSaNIyam ॥ 104-22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविघ्नकरो नवमः शशिपुत्रः कर्मगतो रिपुहा धनदश्च । सप्रमदं शयनं च विधत्ते तद्गृहदो अथ कथां स्तरणं च ॥ १०४-२३ ॥
When Mercury passes through the 9th house from Moon, the person will meet with obstacles to his work. When Mercury passes through the 10th house from the Moon, the person’s enemies will meet with ruin and the person will get wealth, will enjoy the company of his wife and will be dressed in flannel.

vighnakaro navamaH zaziputraH karmagato ripuhA dhanadazca । sapramadaM zayanaM ca vidhatte tadgRhado atha kathAM staraNaM ca ॥ 104-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधन सुतसुख योषिन्मित्र वाह आप्तितुष्टिस् तुहिनकिरणपुत्रे लाभगे मृष्टवाक्यः । रिपुपरिभवरोगैः पीडितो द्वादशस्थे न सहति परिभोक्तुं मालिनीयोगसौख्यम् ॥ १०४-२४ ॥
When Mercury passes through the 11th house from the Moon, the person will get wealth, comfort, sons, women, friends and conveyance, will be happy and will receive good intelligence. When Mercury passes through the 12th house, from the Moon, the person will suffer disgrace from his enemies will suffer from diseases and will not enjoy the company of a good wife.

dhana sutasukha yoSinmitra vAha AptituSTis tuhinakiraNaputre lAbhage mRSTavAkyaH । ripuparibhavarogaiH pIDito dvAdazasthe na sahati paribhoktuM mAlinIyogasaukhyam ॥ 104-24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptजीवे जन्मन्यपगतधनधीः स्थानभ्रष्टो बहुकलहयुतः । प्राप्य अर्थे अर्थान्व्यरिरपि कुरुते कान्ताआस्याब्जे भ्रमरविलसितम् ॥ १०४-२५ ॥
When Jupiter passes through the sign occupied by the Moon at the time of birth of a person, such person will lose his wealth and intelligence, will quit his place and will suffer from many quarrels. When Jupiter passes through the 2nd house from the Moon, the person will have no enemies and will enjoy wealth and women.
