सूर्यैन्दुभौमगुरुशुक्रबुधास्तृतीये कुर्युः सदा बहुसुतां धनभागिनीं च । व्यक्तां दिवाकरसुतः सुभगां करोति मृत्युं ददाति नियमात्खलु सैंहिकेयः ॥ १०३-०३ ॥
If at the time of Marriage, the 3rd house from the ascendant be occupied by the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Venus or Mercury, the woman will have many sons and will become rich; if the 3rd house be occupied by Saturn, the woman will be liked by all and if it be occupied by Rāhu, she will die early.
