दम्पत्योर्द्विनवाष्टराशिरहिते चारानुकुले रवौ चन्द्रे चार्ककुजार्किशुक्रवियुते मध्ये अथ वा पापयोः । त्यक्त्वा च व्यतिपातवैधृति दिनं विष्टिं च रिक्तां तिथिं क्रूराहायनपौषचैत्र विरहे लग्नांशके मानुषे ॥ १००-०८ ॥
Sun, Moon, Sun, Capricorn, Sun and Venus in the middle of the conjunction of the two or eighth houses of the couple, or in the middle of the two sinful signs. When the sun is separated from the constellation of Kṛrāhayāna, Pauṣa and Chaitra, one should abandon the day of Vyātipāta, Vaidhṛti, Viṣṭi and Viṣṭi.
