महाराजप्रसादेन हीष्टसिद्धिः सुखावहा । स्सम्मानं प्रभुसम्मानं प्रियवस्त्रादिलाभकृत् ॥ २६॥

enjoyments by the beneficence of the king, honours, gain of clothes, ornaments, conveyance and other desired objects

द्विपान्तराद्वस्त्रलाभः श्वेताश्वो महिषी तथा । गुरुचारवशाद्भाग्यं सौख्यं च धनसम्पदः ॥ २७॥

If during the period of Antar Dasha of Śukr Guru is favourable in transit, there will be dawn of fortune and growth of property. If Śani is favourable in transit, there will be Raj Yog effects, or the accomplishment of Yog rites (Yog Triya Siddhi).

शनिचारान्मनुष्योऽसौ योगमाप्नोत्यसंशयम् । शत्रुनीचास्तगे शुक्रे षष्ठाष्टमव्ययराशिगे ॥ २८॥

will be the results, if Śukr is in his debilitation Rāśi, if Śukr is combust, or, if Śukr is in Ari, Randhr, or Vyaya.

दारनाशो मनःक्लेशः स्थाननाशो मनोरुजः । दारानां स्वजनक्लेशः सन्तापो जनविग्रहः ॥ २९॥

दायेशाद्भाग्यगे चैव केन्द्रे वा लाभसंयुते । राजप्रीतिकरं चैव मनोऽभीष्टप्रदायकम् ॥ ३०॥

Fulfillment of ambitions by the beneficence of the king, charities, performance of religious rites, creation of interest in the study of Shastras, composition of poems, interest in Vedanta etc.
