गोमहिष्यादिलाभश्च शूद्रमूलाद्धनं तथा । दायेशाद्रिपुरन्ध्रस्थे व्यये वा पापसंयुते ॥ १६॥

if Śani is in the 6th, 8th, or 12th from the Lord of the Dasha, or, if Śani is associated with a malefic.

धनधान्यादिनाशश्च बन्धुमित्रविरोधकृत् । उद्योगभङ्गो देहार्तिः स्वजनानां महद्भयम् ॥ १७॥

Effects, like loss of wealth, antagonistic relations with kinsmen, obstacles in industrial ventures, pains in the body, danger from the members of the family etc.

द्विसप्तमाधिपे मन्दे ह्यपमृत्युर्भविष्यति । तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं विष्णुसाहस्रकं जपेत् ॥ १८॥

There will be fear of premature death, if Śani is Dhan‟s, or Yuvati‟s Lord.

कृष्णां गां महिषीं दद्यादनेनारोग्यमादिशेत् । मन्दग्रहप्रसादेन सत्यं सत्यं द्विजोत्तम ॥ १९॥

The remedial measures to obtain relief from these evil effects and to enjoy sound health are recitation of Vishnu Sahasranam and giving in charity a black cow, or a female buffalo.

जीवस्यान्तर्गते सौम्ये केन्द्रलाभत्रिकोणगे । स्वोच्चे वा स्वर्क्षगे वापि दशाधिपसमन्विते ॥ २०॥

will be derived in the Antar Dasha of Budh in the Dasha of Guru, if Budh is in his exaltation, in his own Rāśi, or in Kendr, in Trikon, or, if Budh is associated with the Lord of the Dasha.
