रिक्ता त्वनिष्टफलदा व्याध्यनर्थमृतिप्रदा । अत्युच्चेऽप्यतिनीचस्थे मध्यगस्यावरोहिणी ॥ ८१॥
The Dasha of the Grah in exaltation, or in a friend‟s Rāśi is called Madhya (of middle order).
english translation
riktA tvaniSTaphaladA vyAdhyanarthamRtipradA । atyucce'pyatinIcasthe madhyagasyAvarohiNI ॥ 81॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमित्रोच्चभावप्राप्तस्य मध्याख्या ह्यर्थदा दशा । नीचांतादुच्चभागान्तं भषट्के मध्यगस्य च ॥ ८२॥
This Dasha also yields moderately good effects. The Dasha of a Grah, placed in a condition in between deep debilitation and deep exaltation, is called Rohini (ascending).
english translation
mitroccabhAvaprAptasya madhyAkhyA hyarthadA dazA । nIcAMtAduccabhAgAntaM bhaSaTke madhyagasya ca ॥ 82॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदशा चारोहिणी नीचरिपुभांशगतस्य च । अधमाख्या भयक्लेशव्याधिदुःखविवर्धिनी ॥ ८३॥
The Dasha of a Grah, placed in between the debilitated and enemy Navāńś is called Adham (evil). Dangers of various kinds, distress and sorrows are the results of the Dasha of such a Grah. These Dashas give results, according to their nomenclature.
english translation
dazA cArohiNI nIcaripubhAMzagatasya ca । adhamAkhyA bhayaklezavyAdhiduHkhavivardhinI ॥ 83॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनामानुरूपफलदाः पाककाले दशा इमाः । भाग्येशगुरुसम्बन्धो योगदृक्केन्द्रभादिभिः ॥ ८४॥
The Dashas of other Grahas become auspicious and augment the fortune, if the Lord of Dharm and Guru are in any way related with Yog, Kendr, or the Bhava concerned etc.
english translation
nAmAnurUpaphaladAH pAkakAle dazA imAH । bhAgyezagurusambandho yogadRkkendrabhAdibhiH ॥ 84॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरेषामपि दायेषु भग्योपक्रममुन्नयेत् । जातको यस्तु फलदो भग्ययोगप्रदोऽथ यः ॥ ८५॥
The Grah with Yog of good fortune at birth produces good effects, when he is free from retrogression and becomes direct.
english translation
pareSAmapi dAyeSu bhagyopakramamunnayet । jAtako yastu phalado bhagyayogaprado'tha yaH ॥ 85॥
