कुम्भाली च गृहौ प्रोक्तौ कन्यामीनौ च केनचित् । तद्दाये बहुसौख्यं च धनधान्यादिसम्पदाम् ॥ ३६॥
The own Rāśis of Rahu and Ketu are Kumbh and Vrischik. Some sages have expressed the view, that Kanya is the own Rāśi of Rahu and Meen is the own Rāśi of Ketu. Should Rahu be in his exaltation Rāśi etc., there will be during the Dasha of Rahu great happiness from acquisition of wealth, agricultural products etc.

kumbhAlI ca gRhau proktau kanyAmInau ca kenacit । taddAye bahusaukhyaM ca dhanadhAnyAdisampadAm ॥ 36॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमित्र्प्रभुवशादिष्टं वाहनं पुत्रसम्भवः । नवीनगृहनिर्माणं धर्मचिन्ता महोत्सवः ॥ ३७॥
acquisition of conveyances with the help of friends and Government, construction of a new house, birth of sons (children), religious inclinations, recognition from Government of foreign countries and gain of wealth, clothes etc.
english translation
mitrprabhuvazAdiSTaM vAhanaM putrasambhavaH । navInagRhanirmANaM dharmacintA mahotsavaH ॥ 37॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविदेशराजसन्मानं वस्त्रालङ्कारभूषणम् । शुभयुक्ते शुभैर्दृष्टे योगकारकसंयुते ॥ ३८॥
If Rahu be associated with, or receives a Drishti from benefics, be in a benefic Rāśi and be in Tanu, Bandhu, Yuvati, Karm, Labh, or Sahaj.

videzarAjasanmAnaM vastrAlaGkArabhUSaNam । zubhayukte zubhairdRSTe yogakArakasaMyute ॥ 38॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकेन्द्रत्रिकूणलाभे वा दुश्चिक्ये शुभराशिगे । महाराजप्रसादेन सर्वसम्पत्सुखावहम् ॥ ३९॥
there will be during his Dasha all kinds of comforts by the beneficence of the Government, acquisition of wealth through a foreign Government, or sovereign and felicity at home.

kendratrikUNalAbhe vA duzcikye zubharAzige । mahArAjaprasAdena sarvasampatsukhAvaham ॥ 39॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयवनप्रभुसन्मानं ग्र्हे कल्याणसम्भवम् । रन्ध्रे वा व्ययगे राहौ तद्दाये कष्टमादिशेत् ॥ ४०॥
If Rahu is in Randhr, or Vyaya Bhava, there will be during his Dasha all kinds of troubles and distress.

yavanaprabhusanmAnaM grhe kalyANasambhavam । randhre vA vyayage rAhau taddAye kaSTamAdizet ॥ 40॥
