एकोत्तराच्च विज्ञेया द्वादशाद्याः क्रमात्समाः । धृत्यन्ताः सप्तखेटानां राहुकेतू विना द्विज ॥ ३१॥

वर्गोत्तमगते लग्ने दशा चिन्त्या शताब्दिका । पौष्ण्भाज्जन्मपर्यन्तं गणयेत् सप्तभिर्भजेत् ॥ ३२॥

This happens, when Lagn in the Rāśi Kundali and the Navāńś Lagn are in the same Rāśi. Count from Revati to the Janm Nakshatr and divide this number by seven.

शेषाङ्के रवितो ज्ञेया दशा शतसमाह्वया । रविश्चन्द्रो भृगुर्ज्ञश्च जीवो भौमः शनिस्तथा ॥ ३३॥

The remainder will indicate the Lords of Dashas in this order: Sūrya, Candr, Śukr, Budh, Guru, Mangal and Śani.

क्रमदेते दशाधीशा बाणा बाणा दिशो दश । नखा नखाः खरामाश्च समाज्ञेया द्विजोत्तम ॥ ३४॥

Their Dashas will be of 5, 5, 10, 10, 20, 20 and 30 years.

कर्मेशे कर्मगे ज्ञेया चतुराशीतिका दशा । पवनाज्जन्मभं यावद् या सङ्ख्या सप्तभाजिता ॥ ३५॥

Chaturashiti-sama Dasha is considered appropriate in cases, where the Karm‟s Lord is placed in Karm. Count from Swati to the Janm Nakshatr and divide this number by 7.
