भागादिकहतादेष्यात् त्रिंशल्लब्धयुता लवाः । स्वमृणं तुलमेषादौ शनीन्द्वोश्च त्रिराशिषु ॥ १६॥
The degrees etc. of the Bhuja should be multiplied by the figure, corresponding to the highest of the left out Khandas and divided by 30. Add the resultant product to the sum, obtained earlier. Convert this to Rāśi, degrees, minutes and seconds. If Candr and Śani are in Tula, or ahead, add to this 3 Rāśis and, if in Mesh to Kanya, reduce from this 3 Rāśis.

bhAgAdikahatAdeSyAt triMzallabdhayutA lavAH । svamRNaM tulameSAdau zanIndvozca trirAziSu ॥ 16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथाऽरार्केज्यशुक्राणां व्यस्तं ज्ञस्य सदा धनम् । तद्भागाश्च त्रिभिर्भक्ता ज्ञेयमायनजं बलम् ॥ १७॥
Similarly it is reverse for Sūrya, Mangal, Śukr and Guru. For Budh 3 Rāśis are always additive. The resultant sum in Rāśi, degrees and minutes be divided by 3 to get the Ayan Bal in Rupas.

tathA'rArkejyazukrANAM vyastaM jJasya sadA dhanam । tadbhAgAzca tribhirbhaktA jJeyamAyanajaM balam ॥ 17॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयद्रवेरायनं वीर्यं चेष्टाख्यं तावदेव हि । विधोः पक्षबलं यावत् तावच्चेष्टाबलं स्मृतम् ॥ १८॥
