रोगसन्तापिताङ्गश्च प्राणपदेऽष्टमे सति । पीडितः पार्थिवैर्दुःखैर्मृत्यबन्धुसुतोद्भवैः ॥ ८१॥
If Pranapad is in Randhr Bhava, the native will be afflicted by diseases, be troubled and will incur misery on account of the king, relatives, servants and sons.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुत्रवान् धनसम्पन्नः सुभगः प्रियदर्शनः । प्राणे धर्मस्थिते भृत्यः सदाऽदुष्टो विचक्षणः ॥ ८२॥
If Pranapad is in Dharm Bhava, the native will be endowed with sons, be very rich, fortunate, charming, will serve others and be not wicked, but be skilful.

putravAn dhanasampannaH subhagaH priyadarzanaH । prANe dharmasthite bhRtyaH sadA'duSTo vicakSaNaH ॥ 82॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवीर्यवान् मतिमान् दक्षो नृपकार्येषु कोविदः । दशमे वै प्राणपदे देवार्चनपरायणः ॥ ८३॥
If Pranapad is in Karm Bhava, the native will be heroic, intelligent, skilful, be an expert in carrying out royal orders and will worship gods.

vIryavAn matimAn dakSo nRpakAryeSu kovidaH । dazame vai prANapade devArcanaparAyaNaH ॥ 83॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविख्यातो गुणवान् प्राज्ञो भोगीध नसमन्वितः । लाभस्थानस्थिते प्राणे गौराङ्गो मातृवत्सलः ॥ ८४॥
If Pranapad is in Labh Bhava, the native will be famous, virtuous, learned, wealthy, fair-complexioned and attached to mother.

vikhyAto guNavAn prAjJo bhogIdha nasamanvitaH । lAbhasthAnasthite prANe gaurAGgo mAtRvatsalaH ॥ 84॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptक्षुद्रो दुष्टस्तु हीनाङ्गो विद्वेशी द्विजबन्धुषु । व्यये प्राणे नेत्ररोगी काणो वा जायते नरः ॥ ८५॥
If Pranapad is in Vyaya Bhava, the native will be mean, wicked, defective-limbed, will hate Brahmins and relatives and suffer from eye diseases, or be one-eyed.

kSudro duSTastu hInAGgo vidvezI dvijabandhuSu । vyaye prANe netrarogI kANo vA jAyate naraH ॥ 85॥
