धनेशे सुखभावस्थे सर्वसम्पतसमन्वितः । गुरुणा संयुते स्वोच्चे राजतुल्यो नरो भवेत् ॥ १६॥
If Dhan‟s Lord is in Bandhu Bhava, the native will acquire all kinds of wealth. If Dhan‟s Lord is exalted and is yuti with Guru, one will be equal to a king.
english translation
dhaneze sukhabhAvasthe sarvasampatasamanvitaH । guruNA saMyute svocce rAjatulyo naro bhavet ॥ 16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधनेशे सुतभावस्थे जातो धनसमन्वितः । धनोपार्जनशीलाश्च जायन्ते तत्सुता अपि ॥ १७॥
If Dhan‟s Lord is in Putr Bhava, the native will be wealthy. Not only the native, but also his sons will be intent on earning wealth.
english translation
dhaneze sutabhAvasthe jAto dhanasamanvitaH । dhanopArjanazIlAzca jAyante tatsutA api ॥ 17॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधनेशे रिपुभावस्थे सशुभे शत्रुतो धनम् । सपापे शत्रुतो हानिर्जंघावैकल्यवान् भवेत् ॥ १८॥
If Dhan‟s Lord is in Ari Bhava along with a benefic, the native will gain wealth through his enemies; if Dhan‟s Lord is yuti with a malefic, there will be loss through enemies apart from mutilation of shanks.
english translation
dhaneze ripubhAvasthe sazubhe zatruto dhanam । sapApe zatruto hAnirjaMghAvaikalyavAn bhavet ॥ 18॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधनेशे सप्तमे जातः परदाररतो भिषेक् । पापेक्षितयुते तस्य भार्या च व्यभिचारिणी ॥ १९॥
If Dhan‟s Lord is in Yuvati Bhava, the native will be addicted to others‟ wives and he will be a doctor. If a malefic is related to the said placement by yuti with Dhan‟s Lord, or by Drishti, the native‟s wife will be of questionable character.

dhaneze saptame jAtaH paradArarato bhiSek । pApekSitayute tasya bhAryA ca vyabhicAriNI ॥ 19॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधनेशेऽष्टमगे जातो भूरिभूमिधनैर्युतः । पत्नीसुखं भवेत् स्वल्पं ज्येष्ठभ्रातृसुखं न हि ॥ २०॥
If Dhan‟s Lord is in Randhr Bhava, the native will be endowed with abundant land and wealth. But he will have limited marital felicity and be bereft of happiness from his elder brother.
