आयुर्भावफलं चाऽथ कथयामि द्विजोत्तम । आयुःस्थानाधिपः केन्द्रे दीर्घमायुः प्रयच्छति ॥ १॥
Long Life. O excellent of the Brahmins, listen to me speak on the effects of Randhr Bhava. If Randhr‟s Lord is in an angle, long life is indicated.
english translation
AyurbhAvaphalaM cA'tha kathayAmi dvijottama । AyuHsthAnAdhipaH kendre dIrghamAyuH prayacchati ॥ 1॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptआयुस्थानाधिपः पापैः सह तत्रैव संस्थितः । करोत्यल्पायुषं जातं लग्नेशोऽप्यत्र संस्थितः ॥ २॥
Short Life. Should Randhr‟s Lord join Lagn‟s Lord, or a malefic and be in Randhr itself, the native will be short lived.
english translation
AyusthAnAdhipaH pApaiH saha tatraiva saMsthitaH । karotyalpAyuSaM jAtaM lagnezo'pyatra saMsthitaH ॥ 2॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएवं हि शनिना चिन्ता कार्या तर्कैर्विचक्षणैः । कर्माधिपेन च तथा चिन्तनं कार्यमायुषः ॥ ३॥
Śani and Karm‟s Lord about Longevity. Similarly consider Śani and Karm‟s Lord in the matter of longevity. Karm‟s Lord is in Randhr along with a malefic Grah and/or Lagn‟s Lord.

evaM hi zaninA cintA kAryA tarkairvicakSaNaiH । karmAdhipena ca tathA cintanaM kAryamAyuSaH ॥ 3॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptषष्ठे व्ययेऽपि षष्ठेशो व्ययाधीशो रिपौ व्यये । लग्नेऽष्टमे स्थितो वाऽपि दीर्घमायुः प्रयच्छति ॥ ४॥
Long Life. There will be long life, if Ari‟s Lord is in Vyaya, or, if Ari‟s Lord is in Ari, as Vyaya‟s Lord is in Vyaya, or, if Ari‟s Lord and Vyaya‟s Lord are in Lagn and Randhr.

SaSThe vyaye'pi SaSThezo vyayAdhIzo ripau vyaye । lagne'STame sthito vA'pi dIrghamAyuH prayacchati ॥ 4॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्वस्थाने स्वांशके वाऽपि मित्रेशे मित्रमन्दिरे । दीर्घायुषं करोत्येव लग्नेशोऽष्टमपः पुनः ॥ ५॥
If the Lords of Putr, Randhr and Tanu Bhava are in own Navāńśas, own Rāśis, or in friendly Rāśis, the native will enjoy a long span of life.

svasthAne svAMzake vA'pi mitreze mitramandire । dIrghAyuSaM karotyeva lagnezo'STamapaH punaH ॥ 5॥
