सपापो देहपोऽष्टारिव्ययगो देहसौख्यहृत्। केन्द्रे कोणे स्थितोऽङ्गेशः सदा देहसुखं दिशेत्॥ १॥
Physical comforts. Should Lagn Lord be yuti with a malefic, or be in Randhr, 6th, or 12th, physical felicity will diminish. If he is in an angle, or trine there will be at all times comforts of the body.

sapApo dehapo'STArivyayago dehasaukhyahRt। kendre koNe sthito'GgezaH sadA dehasukhaM dizet॥ 1॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नपोऽस्तङ्गतो नीचे शत्रुभे रोगकृद् भवेत्। शुभः केन्द्रत्रिकोणस्था सर्वरोगहराः स्मृताः॥ २॥
If Lagn Lord is in debilitation, combustion, or enemy‟s Rāśi, there will be diseases. With a benefic in an angle, or trine all diseases will disappear. Lagn‟s angles (i.e. Bandhu, Yuvati, or the 10th), or its trine (Putr, Dharm), containing a benefic, is a powerful remedy for all, related to health.

lagnapo'staGgato nIce zatrubhe rogakRd bhavet। zubhaH kendratrikoNasthA sarvarogaharAH smRtAH॥ 2॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्ने चन्द्रेऽथव क्रूरग्रहैर्दृष्टेऽथवा युते। शुभदृष्टिविहीने च जन्तोर्देहसुखं न हि॥ ३॥
There will not be bodily health, if Lagn, or Candr be drishtied by, or yuti with a malefic, being devoid of a benefics Drishti.

lagne candre'thava krUragrahairdRSTe'thavA yute। zubhadRSTivihIne ca jantordehasukhaM na hi॥ 3॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्ने सौम्ये सुरूपः स्यात् क्रूरेरूपविवर्जितः। सौम्यखेटैर्युते दृष्टे लग्ने देहसुखान्वितः॥ ४॥
Bodily Beauty. A benefic in Lagn will give a pleasing appearance, while a malefic will make one bereft of good appearance. Felicity of the body will be enjoyed, if Lagn is drishtied by, or yuti with a benefic.

lagne saumye surUpaH syAt krUrerUpavivarjitaH। saumyakheTairyute dRSTe lagne dehasukhAnvitaH॥ 4॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नेशो ज्ञा गुरुर्वाऽपि शुक्रो वा केन्द्रकोणगः। दीर्घायुर्धनवान् जातो बुद्धिमान् राजवल्लभः॥ ५॥
Other Benefits. If Lagn Lord, Budh, Guru, or Śukr be in an angle, or in a trine, the native will be long lived, wealthy, intelligent and liked by the king.
