व्ययस्थाने यदा सूर्यस्तुलालग्ने तु जायते। जीवेत्‌ स शतवर्षाणि दीर्घायुर्बालको भवेत्‌॥ ६॥

Sūrya in Vyaya will confer a hundred-year life span on one born in Tul Lagn.

english translation

गुरुभौमौ यदा युक्तौ गुरुदृऋटोऽथवा कुजः। हत्वाऽरिष्टमशेषं च जनन्याः शुभक्रद्‌भवेत्‌॥ ७॥

It will prove auspicious for the mother as well as the native, if Mangal joins, or is drishtied by Guru.

english translation

चतुर्थदशमे पापः सौम्यमध्ये यदा भवेत्‌। पितुः सौख्यकरो योगः शुभैः केन्द्रत्रिकोणगैः॥ ८॥

If malefics are surrounded by benefics, while angles, or trines are themselves benefic-occupied, evils disappear soon.

english translation

सौम्यान्तरगतैः पापैः शुभैः केन्द्रत्रिकोणगैः। सद्यो नाशयतेऽरिष्टं तद्‌भावोत्थफलं न तत्‌॥ ९॥

Not only this, evils will not follow from the Bhavas concerned.
