असितकुजयोर्वर्गेऽस्तस्थे सिते तदवेक्षिते परयुवतिगस्तौ चेत्सेन्दुस्त्रिया सह पुंश्चल: ॥ भृगुजशशिनोरम्तेऽभार्यो नो विसुतोऽपि वा परिणततनू नृस्त्र्योर्दुष्टौ शुभै: प्रमदापती ॥ २३-५ ॥
When Venus is situated in the 7th house in the varga of Saturn or Mars and aspected by Saturn or Mars, one having sexual intercourse with a young woman of another. If the two (Saturn or Mars) are with the Moon (with the same indications just mentioned), one is a fornicator together with the wife. When Venus and the Moon ॥ are in a zodiac sign and Saturn and Mars॥ are in the 7th house ॥ from Venus and the Moon॥, a man is without wife or also without offspring.
