कोणोदये भृगुतनयेऽस्तचक्रसन्धौ वन्ध्यापतिर्यदि न सुतर्क्षमिष्टयुक्तम् ॥ पापग्रहैर्व्ययमदलग्नराशिसंस्थै: भीणे शशिन्यसुतकलत्रजन्मधीस्थे ॥ २३-४ ॥
When the rising (lagna) is with Saturn and Venus is in the 7th house and circle samdhi (last navamsha of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) and if the 5th house is not joined with a benefic, one is the husband of a barren wife. With the malefics situated in the zodiac sign of the 12th house, 7th house, and the lagna when the waning Moon is in the 5th house, one is born without offspring and a wife.
