लग्नाद्व्ययारिगतयो: शशितिग्मरश्म्यो: पत्न्या सहैकनयनस्य वदन्ति जन्म ॥ द्यूनस्थयोर्नवमपञ्चमसंस्थयोर्वा शुक्रार्कयोर्विकलदारमुशन्ति जातम् ॥ २३-३ ॥
When the Sun and Moon are situated in the 12th or 6th house from the lagna, they say one is born of one eye together with his wife. Or when Venus and the Sun are situated in the 7th, 9th, or 5th house, they declare one is born with a wife with an impairment.
