नवमायतृतींयधीयुता न च सौम्यैरशुभा निरीक्षिता: ॥ नियमाच्छुवणोपघातदारदवैकृत्यकराश्च सप्तमे ॥ २३-११ ॥
Malefics joined to the 9th, 11th, 3rd, and 5th house and not aspected by the benefics, those cause weakness to hearing by the rule (indicated in the previous verse concerning the doshas of the strong planets). And in the 7th house, those cause deterioration of the teeth.

When the Moon is rising (in the 1st house) situated in the mouth of the snake (eclipsed by Rahu) and when the two malefics are in trines, one is with a malevolent being. When the Sun is eclipsed by Rahu situated in the lagna (and when the two malefics are in trines), one is without sight.

When the 7th house is united with Saturn and Jupiter is in the lagna, one is united with a windy ailment.

With Jupiter, the Moon, or the Sun being the lord of the portion (navamsha) of the zodiac sign ॥ where the Moon is located॥ situated in the portion (navamsha) of their lords of debilitation or situated in the portions of their enemies, they should be servants by birth purchased by contract to be known produced with little (Jupiter), mediocre (the Moon), and plenty (the Sun), in that order.

One has deformed teeth, when the rising is Taurus, Aries, or Sagittarius and aspected by malefics. When the lagna is a zodiac sign of a malefic or also the zodiac sign of Taurus or Sagittarius and aspected by malefics, one is bald. When the Sun is situated in the 9th or 5th house and aspected by malefics, one has unstable vision. When Saturn, one has many diseases. When Mars, the native is maimed.
