उदयत्युडुपेऽसुरास्यगे सपिशाचोऽशुभयोस्त्रि कोणयो: ॥ सोपप्लवमण्डले रवाउदयस्थे नयनापवजिंत: ॥ २३-१२ ॥
When the Moon is rising (in the 1st house) situated in the mouth of the snake (eclipsed by Rahu) and when the two malefics are in trines, one is with a malevolent being. When the Sun is eclipsed by Rahu situated in the lagna (and when the two malefics are in trines), one is without sight.
