स्वर्क्षे शुक्रे पातालस्थे धर्मस्थानं प्राप्ते चन्द्रे ॥ दुश्चिक्यांगप्राप्तिप्राप्तै: शेषैर्जात: स्वामी भूमे: ॥ ११-१५ ॥
When Venus is in one’s own zodiac sign situated in the 4th house, when the Moon is found situated in the 9th house, with those (planets) remaining in the 3rd house, lagna, and 11th house; a lord of the earth is born.
