प्राहुर्यवना: स्वतुङ्गै: क्रूरै: क्रूरैमतिर्महीपति: ॥ क्रूरैस्तु न जीवशर्मण: पक्षे क्षित्यधिप: प्रजायते ॥ ११-१ ॥

When Saturn is in Aquarius, the Sun in Aries, the Moon is in Taurus; indeed, one of those three situated in the lagna with Mercury in Gemini, Jupiter in Leo, and Mars in Scorpio are royals. Saturn and the Moon in exaltation and one in the lagna. The Sun and Mercury in Virgo with Venus in Libra, Mars in Aries, and Jupiter in Cancer are two royals.
