प्राहुर्यवना: स्वतुङ्गै: क्रूरै: क्रूरैमतिर्महीपति: ॥ क्रूरैस्तु न जीवशर्मण: पक्षे क्षित्यधिप: प्रजायते ॥ ११-१ ॥
Yavan Acharya and his followers consider that in case there are in the birth chart 3 natural malefic planets in exal tation the native becomes a ruler. But he in oppressive in nature. Jeeva Sharma is on the other hand, of the opinion that in such a case one does not become a king (but only an affluen man).
