वृषे सेन्दौ लग्ने सवितृगुरुतीक्ष्णांशुतनयै: सुहृज्जायाखस्थैर्भवति नियमान्मानवपति: ॥ मृगे मन्दे लग्ने सहजरिपुधर्मंव्ययगतै: शशाङ्काद्यै: ख्यात: पृथुगुणयशा: पुङ्गलपति: ॥ ११-६ ॥
When the Moon is in Taurus in the lagna with the Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn situated in the 4th, 7th, and 10th houses, respectively; from the rule there is a lord of the people.
