Avadhuta Gita
भान्तिज्ञानं स्थितं बाह्यं सम्यग्ज्ञानं च मध्यगम्। मध्यान्मध्यतरं ज्ञेयं नारिकेलफलाम्बुवत् ॥२०॥
Knowledge related to the outer world is false. True knowledge dawns within ॥ in the pure mind॥. Realize Brahman, which is the innermost of the inner self. It is like water ॥ milk॥ within the kernel of the coconut.

bhAntijJAnaM sthitaM bAhyaM samyagjJAnaM ca madhyagam। madhyAnmadhyataraM jJeyaM nArikelaphalAmbuvat ॥20॥
